PHP is a full-day program designed for people who need strong daily support but don’t need to stay overnight. You’ll spend most of the day with us learning how to manage symptoms, practicing new skills, and getting care from people who truly listen. It’s best for those going through a rough patch that’s too much for weekly therapy but not quite a crisis.
In PHP, you’ll receive:
- Evidence-based individual and group therapy
- Medication management, including psychiatric evaluations
- Coping strategies and life skills education
- Support for managing triggers and building routines
ur IOP program offers meaningful support while giving you more flexibility. You’ll attend treatment a few days a week for several hours a day. It’s a great fit if you need help managing your mental health but are ready to handle more of your daily routine.
In IOP, you’ll receive:
- Licensed individual and group therapy
- Skills training to manage emotions and stress
- Ongoing psychiatric and medication support
- Access to crisis intervention if needed
Some people heal best in a private, flexible setting. That’s why we offer virtual mental health care: real support, without needing to leave home. Whether your schedule is packed or you prefer added privacy, our online program brings licensed professionals and proven therapies to you.
